Returns & Exchanges

At Fenton & Fenton, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for most items. Please note that custom furniture, original artwork, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, including all tags and protective wrapping, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your RA number to the outside of the box and ship the item back to our Prahran warehouse via a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit, minus any shipping costs.
